I’ve done a reading of the poem on my blog here, and used your fine picture as a header. I hope you don’t mind. If you do, let me know and I’ll find another.
I discovered your blog through the image search. I’ll certainly be back. You’re a thoughtful and insightful writer. Thank you.

Well, thank you too! I’ve listened to your reading and commentary on the poem, and, if you weren’t a professor of English Literature (I am not), I would offer a couple of comments … Thanks for linking to your blog with the background to and analysis of the poem. I hope others follow it to learn more about the poem. It is a great poem, isn’t it? I borrowed the picture via Google, so it is not for me to give permission. I’ll take it down if anybody objects, which I hope they won’t.

Please do offer any comments you care to, either here or there. If you love the poem, I figure you’re qualified to speak to it. If you want to take issue with my reading or analysis, or contribute in any way, I hope you will feel free to do so.
Yes, it is a very great poem, one I’ve loved for thirty years. I love it more each time I read it.
Again, my thanks for your work here. I linked to your blog to generate a trackback; I see I should have linked to this post in particular. Even after three years of blogging I sometimes forget the subtleties of the networked conversation….
Kind regards.

ah, I see I did link to this post … I wonder why it didn’t generate a trackback. The vagaries of the ‘net.
