Henry Allingham, Harry Patch and Bill Stone before the ceremony

 

Henry Allingham, 112, Harry Patch, 110, and Bill Stone, 108, represented the RAF, Army and Royal Navy respectively at a ceremony at London’s Cenotaph to mark the 90th anniversary of the end of the First World War.  They are three of the remaining four British veterans of the war. The fourth surviving veteran, Claude Choules, 107, lives in Australia.
